30 Day Standard Warranty:
- Customers have 30 days to test new parts that we install to make sure there are no issues.
- If there are problems with our newly installed parts within 30 days, customers should 📞 contact customer support to let them know! We will schedule a FREE warranty repair immediately!
- If parts are damaged or out of warranty, the customer will pay the normal replacement cost!
What's Covered Under Warranty:
- Screens: Looks "new" but has touch problems such as: not pressing keys, opening random apps.
- Battery: Not holding a charge.
What's Not Covered Under Warranty (not limited to but including):
- Looks "worn" or "used".
- Cracks, tears, breaks, dents, scratches.
- For Screens: Discoloration, "colorful lines" and "black splotches" are caused by damage to the LCD panel. This VOIDS warranty even if the glass looks new!
