- Update Appointments App with needed services (and inventory that will be used).
- Turn Device(s) off if possible.
- Unplug Battery.
- Complete certified services.
- Reschedule non-certified services.
- Run second diagnostic.
- Repeat any necessary steps.
Close The Sale:
- Customer will test your device ☑️ before they pay!
- Discounts and Price-Matching can be applied when you pay.
- Offer accessories (chargers, screen protectors).
- Bundle Insurance and save money for the customer.
- Double-check that the Appointments App is correctly showing the services done (and inventory used).
- We accept Cash, Debit, Credit, and Venmo.
- For Cash: Venmo @PhoneAngelRepair the exact amount and keep the change.
- Go over Loyalty Points and Warranty info.
- Give them a pamphlet containing contact and helpful information.
