Each device is insured separately.
To insure a device, you must pay for one year in advance.
After a device has been insured for one year, it extends month to month as long as you want or until cancelled.
You can add devices to your Account by calling customer support (10:00AM-8:00PM MST).
Changing Your
Billing Date: 📅
You may change your billing date by paying the difference from the current due date to the new date.
To make the change, call customer support (10:00AM-8:00PM MST).
Switching Devices
(AKA Upgrading): ⬆️
Ready to upgrade? We'll buy your old device through our BuyBack Program.
Due to insurance fraud, we cannot transfer any credit to a new device.
Cancellation: ❌
AngelCare is all prepaid and non-refundable.
However, you may stop a device's recurring monthly charges at any time by filling out a cancelation form.
If a bill comes due and we receive no payment, then the device's insurance will automatically terminate and that device will no longer be insured.
If you decide to reinstate a device's Insurance after it has been terminated, you may add it as new device.
