Important Info About
AngelCare
Deductibles:
AngelCare covers up to 50% of all repairs and maintenance services! So... for a repair that normally costs $100.00, you keep $50.00! (For repairs done by other companies, see "Reimbursements")
Adding Devices: ➕
$25.00 One-Time Fee per device. (can waive fee with Loyalty Points)
Add almost any apple device to your AngelCare policy by calling customer support (10:00AM-8:00PM MST). We'll need the IMEI of each device!
You can find the IMEI in settings or by dialing *#06# on the device.
(Some models may not be insurable by AngelCare)
Switching Devices
(AKA Upgrading): ⬆️
$25.00 One-Time Fee per device. (can waive fee with Loyalty Points)
When you're ready to upgrade we can buy your old device through our BuyBack Program.
If you sell your insured device, please let us know! You should add the new device on your AngelCare policy by calling customer support (10:00AM-8:00PM MST). We'll need the IMEI of the old device to remove it, and the new device to add it!
You can find the IMEI in settings or by dialing *#06# on the device.
Changing Your
Billing Cycle: 🔁
No Extra Fee. You will only be charged the difference from the current due date to new date.
By default, billing comes once per month from the day that you activated your AngelCare policy.
You may change your billing due date anytime by calling customer support (10:00AM-8:00PM MST).
Policy Cancellation: ❌
No Fee to cancel.
You may terminate your AngelCare policy at anytime by calling customer support (10:00AM-8:00PM MST). Your policy will also cancel by default if payment is declined for any reason when your bill comes due.
If you decide to reinstate your policy after it has been terminated, you will need to repay the Adding Devices Fee for each device you want on your policy.
Changes To Coverage: ℹ️
No Extra Fee. If you need extra coverage, you will only be charged the difference from the current policy amount to new policy amount.

Reimbursements: 💸
If we can't fix it but another company can, AngelCare will reimburse up to 50% of the repair cost! To apply for reimbursement, click here.
Terms And Conditions:
Phone Angel Repair, LLC reserves the right to make changes to AngelCare at any time according to the needs of the Company or Customer. If any changes do occur, the Customer will be notified via email and/or other means. The Customer reserves the right to cancel their policy at any time if they should choose to do so.
